This bangle is a true collector’s piece, created by a master artisan from Lopburi, Thailand whose remarkable talent lives on through his work before he passed away. He only asked for two simple tokens of appreciation: a bottle of whiskey and a pack of cigarettes.
Over 200 hours, he hand-painted every inch of this bangle with intricate acrylic designs. After painting, the bangle was oven-baked to permanently fuse the colors to the metal, creating a surface that is both water-resistant and sunlight-resistant.
Since no new pieces can ever be made, each bangle is truly one-of-a-kind. While durable, the painted surface should be treated gently—avoid sharp objects or abrasive contact to preserve the artwork for years to come.
